What is the order deadline for weekly deliveries?

To ensure we source the freshest ingredients, please place your order by 11:59 PM every Wednesday for delivery the following week. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

Can I pause or cancel my meal subscription at any time?

Absolutely. We offer full flexibility. You can pause, skip a week, or cancel your subscription through your account dashboard at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing cycle.
